(As decided my me, quickly and perhaps irrationally, without a second guess.)
COOL: Someecards.com. Way too hilarious to be my/your own little secret anymore. Best ecard site of all time. No surprise that it was founded by a former Onion writer. They’ve been around about a year and are about to cash in on outside funding.

NotCool: The continuing saga of Microsoft + Yahoo + AOL. If it’s this complicated, then don’t do it because it surely won’t turn out well.
COOL: My new phone, the BlackBerry Curve. I previously had a Treo 650. I am, apparently, a moron. This phone is fantastic. No, I did not get an iPhone. I’m not paying $400 for a telephone until it does a bit more than play videos and songs at the touch.
COOL: My new carrier, T-Mobile. Their CSRs are so damn friendly that I’ve invited them all to my house for Thanksgiving next year. I’ve had only one problem so far: A small percentage of text messages sent to me, or text message replies sent to me, aren’t reaching me. Only those from Sprint. Guess who my former carrier is?…
NotCool: SPRINT.
COOL: Friends getting recognized for their musical talents. Good stuff, Bob. Good luck, Virgil.

NotCool: Flawed Windows products, every single launch. I don’t feel like piling on, but I am left with one big question: How do you keep screwing up a product but continue to dominate the market for that product?
NotCool: Falcon fascination. They’re birds. Big birds. Big birds having babies. On a building. We get it already.
NotCool: Air travel. Is anybody still out there? (Aloha ATA, Skybus, Frontier)
COOL: A return to old stomping grounds and favorite haunts, with family in tow.
