Hi Jason.
While bored this afternoon, I googled you (yes I consider it a verb). I am so impressed and delighted to see what you are doing, and to read that you still have excellent taste in music. (I think of you fondly when I hear Pearl Jam). It has been almost 15 years I think. Thats scary. Memories of A.F, Mike D. and the house on Woodlawn.

Hulu is awesome. Rock band ticks me off (it's easier to play real instruments for me). Ditto on Twitter.

Amazon MP3 is the gem, though. I don't foresee myself buying anything from the Apple Music Store in the future.

They have better deals and a better selection than Linens N Things

My husband and I want to change our room and went out comparison shopping and Bed Bath and Beyond had everything we needed at a great price. A comforter set in Bed Bath and Beyond will come with all the assesories included but at Linens N Things everything is seperate. The other thing is that the store is beautiful. Linens N Things looks like a knock off of Bed Bath and Beyond.

Jason...thanks for the mention and congrats on the listing. I was reading your post and needed a good laugh (in the good way). You are right...regularity wasn't your best score, but I'm with you. With two kids and two businesses, it's tough to find time. Keep the Faith!

Addressing the Christmas issue: As a manager for the company in question I'm in one of the districts where they tested this policy starting last summer. I can tell you in good faith as long as it's wrapped, in the case of music or dvd's, we're pretty understanding as long as you're not bring it back in for return after the end of january. Just last week, this being april, I had my ear bent because I couldn't take back a gift purchased in september of '07. Really, we want to make you happy but there is an absolute limit as to what you can expect from a retailer.
As for scam artists, they were absolutely an issue before the new policy, it was almost unbelievable what people would bring in or take off the shelves. The store credits would rack up to hundreds of dollars and then be auctioned off on ebay for cash. Unfortunate, but true.

the worst conglomerate company in america is psychiatric sollutions. it's a mlulti-state multi country collection of hospitals that treat psychiatric patients from adolescents, to mental retardation, to sexual offenders. they do no pay a night shift differnetial, they abolished all hollidays except for thanksgiving, christmas and new years. in south carolling psi pays their educated staff (bs, ba and masters the local going rate of 9.00 an hour. we are treated like errant children, the night shift in particularly hits the floor at 11:15 dispite the fact that our hiring paper work says we hit the floor at 11:30. We have to walk the hallways to monitor patients from 11;15 to 2:30 when they allow us to place one chair on the floor to be shared by 3 or 4 staff. the chair is taken from us at 5:30. it is a hostile uncaring environment working under the umbrella of psychiatric solutions.
